The Stepping Stones Foundation is a privately-run tax-exempt nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization (Federal ID # 13-303-1164) that operates, preserves and shares the National Historic Landmark home and archive in Katonah, NY. Stepping Stones offers opportunities to explore the Wilsons’ history, legacy, and the beloved home where they lived and worked from 1941 until their deaths in 1971 and 1988, respectively. Donations of friends of any amount, including planned gifts, gifts of stock, and more, help the Stepping Stones Foundation, which was founded by Lois—maintain, preserve, and provide access to the site and archives.
