Reasons & Ways to Give
Stepping Stones is grateful to the friends and organizations who contribute to our mission to share and preserve the home, legacy, and archive of Bill and Lois Wilson.
Year-End Gifts to Our Annual Appeal Support Operations, Maintenance and Programs
Please consider making a year-end donation before midnight on December 31st to help us reach our Annual Appeal Goal. Gifts can even be made to honor a friend or loved one. A tribute gift is a special way to celebrate an occasion or remember someone who was important to your journey. If you make a gift in honor of a friend, let us know how to reach them to inform them about your gift.

Financial support at any level helps us reach the goal to restore the beloved outdoor fountain with sculpture behind the house and the fireplace nicknamed “Stone Henge” that was the backdrop to many gatherings in front of the house. Gifts will also help us create a new feature using historic bricks salvaged by a donor from New Jersey during the demolition of the building where much of the Big Book (Alcoholics Anonymous) was written. It will be a tribute to all involved in the making of the basic text of A.A.
The “Sunlight of the Spirit” Matching Challenge to raise a total of $35,000 for these and related projects will be met when we raise the remaining $3,753 for the match. We invite you to be a part of this historic appeal for the the home of the Wilsons.
Thank you to each and every one of the 104 donors who have already given and put us so close to our goal.
Gifts are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by US law. Click to Give

Since then we have watched as critical projects have been completed to ensure the future of Stepping Stones. We wholeheartedly support the good work of the Foundation and hope you will too. – Kurt & Michelle, Sioux Falls, SD
